1. 18-Month Hassle-Free Warranty - Our Promise
We are confident in our quality. Every Pocxwa cable and charger is covered by a 18-Month Warranty from the delivery date.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, stops working, or has performance degradation (not caused by misuse), we will replace it for free. No need to return the defective item for low-value items under $20 - just send us a photo/video.

2. 30-Day Return for Any Reason
Not satisfied? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your product.

Conditions for returns:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging.
• You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number first. Please email pocxwa@outlook.com with your order number.
• Important: Do not ship back without an RMA number, as we cannot guarantee receipt.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

3. What Cannot Be Returned:

• Products damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper voltage, or accidental damage (e.g., chewed by pets, cut).
• Products without an RMA number.
• Gift cards.

4. Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pocxwa@outlook.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
